Ark Academy was founded by Brock and Hollie Scott in early 2025, with doors officially opening on June 16, 2025. What began as a shared dream quickly became a calling placed on their hearts by God.

Brock and Hollie met in the spring of 2015 and were married later that fall. From the very beginning, they talked about building something meaningful together—something rooted in purpose, not just profession. While both built successful careers in the insurance industry, their hearts continually pulled them toward children, families, and creating a space that truly served their community.

After much prayer and seeking God’s direction, He led them to create Ark Academy—Amazing Redeemed Kids—a place where children are known, loved, and guided in faith from their earliest years. Proverbs 22:6 has been a cornerstone in their journey: “Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.”

Both Brock and Hollie were raised in small South Dakota towns—Hollie in Montrose and Brock in Valley Springs—where they learned the value of hard work, strong relationships, and a close-knit community. Those roots are deeply woven into the heart of Ark Academy today.

At the center of it all is their own family. As parents to Berkeley and Braxton, Brock and Hollie understand firsthand the trust it takes to place your children in someone else’s care. That perspective shapes everything they do, from the way they lead their team to the environment they create for every child who walks through their doors.

Ark Academy is more than a daycare—it’s a place built on faith, guided by purpose, and grounded in the belief that every child is a gift from God.
